Consultations
For many pets, a trip to the veterinary clinic can be a source of immense stress, from the anxiety of the car ride to the unfamiliar sights, sounds, and smells of a busy waiting room.
Our mobile veterinary consultation service eliminates that stress by bringing comprehensive, high-quality medical care directly to your front door. By examining your dog in their natural environment, we can observe their true behavior and mobility while keeping them completely relaxed. It’s the perfect solution for busy families, senior pets who struggle with travel, or any animal that simply feels safest at home.
During a home consultation, your pet receives undivided attention in a calm, unhurried setting. Whether it is a routine wellness exam, managing a chronic illness, or addressing a sudden health concern, we arrive fully equipped with the essential tools, diagnostics, and treatments needed to care for your companion. This personalized approach not only minimizes trauma for your pet but also allows us to thoroughly discuss your concerns, assess your pet's daily living environment, and tailor a healthcare plan that fits seamlessly into your lives.

Cat Appointments
To help ensure a smooth and safe visit, please confine your cat to a single room with as few hiding places as possible before our arrival. If we are unable to safely handle your cat within 10 minutes of arriving, we may proceed with a visual or hands-off examination where appropriate. If this is not feasible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a further visit charge may apply.
For cats that are particularly anxious or reactive, we may recommend or prescribe calming medication to be given before future appointments. In some situations, if a home visit is not the safest or most appropriate option for your cat, we may advise arranging an appointment at a veterinary clinic, where additional handling support or sedation can be provided if necessary.
Dog Appointments
For everyone's safety, dogs should be fitted with a collar and lead and kept appropriately restrained throughout the appointment. If your dog is nervous, fearful, or has a history of aggressive behaviour, please let us know before booking so we can discuss the most suitable approach and ensure the visit is as stress-free as possible..
In some circumstances, we may ask that your dog wears a muzzle during the appointment. Where aggression or a bite risk is a known concern, we ask that owners are able to safely fit a muzzle if requested. This helps us provide care while keeping your pet, your family, and our team safe.
