Zone 1 is our standard coverage area and is free of charge, Zone 2 falls under our additional coverage area and Zone 3 is an extended area where we are able to offer services. More information on our coverage can be found on our Areas Covered page.

- Weekend, urgent, out-of-hours and Zone 2-3 travel fees are charged seperately.
- Medicines, vaccines, injections, diagnostic/laboratory tests, procedures, external services, cremation and any additional aftercare or treatments are charged separately, unless they are specifically included in a package or plan.
- Some prices may vary depending on factors such as your pet’s weight, clinical needs, product choice, samples required, travel distance or cremation option. We will always confirm the total cost with you before providing treatment or supplies.
- We provide routine, non-emergency mobile veterinary care. If your pet requires urgent treatment or hospital-level support, we may recommend referral to an emergency clinic or a veterinary practice with on-site facilities.
